The open-vm-tools container fails with "unauthorized: authentication required"
Issue
Following the documentation about installing open-vm-tools containers the following error occurs
atomic install --system rhel7/open-vm-tools
The image `rhel7/open-vm-tools` is not fully qualified. The default registry configured for Skopeo will be used.
FATA[0004] Error determining manifest MIME type for docker://rhel7/open-vm-tools:latest: errors:
denied: requested access to the resource is denied
unauthorized: authentication required
