Failed to migrate RHV VMs to an updated host
Issue
- It is no longer possible to migrate Virtual Machines to an upgraded host.

on the hypervisor that is the source of migration there is an error message like:
libvirt: Lock Driver error : Failed to open socket to sanlock daemon: Permission denied
