RHEV 3.6 Guest Agent doesn't work on RHV 4.2
Issue
- RHEV 3.6 Guest Agent would not communicate with RHV 4.2 Manager and would not report information about the VM.
- RHEV 3.6 Guest Agent fails to start when vm is started on RHV 4.2
