Kickstart on Dell R720 hangs at "detecting hardware"
Issue
When kickstarting a RHEL 6 installation on a Dell R720 server the installation hangs at the following:
Detecting hardware...
This server has four built in netextreme cards, connected to one port, interface eth0.
