What effect does the timezone setting in the 3scale admin portal have?
Issue
- I have changed the timezone in the account settings on the admin portal but I'm not sure what the full scope of this setting is. What effect does it have on analytics, billing & rate limits?
- What effect do Daylight saving hours have?
