Check image currently in use without admin privileges in OpenShift

Issue

• Using oc describe how can one verify the image in the Red Hat Container Catalog without admin privileges?
• I have an image, how do I know which errata apply to it?
• Correlate images in my machine to the catalog
• I'm an end-user who would like to be able to check which image is currently in use so I can include the correct information when reporting to an open case
