Issue

Running any ansible command fails with an unsupported version error message:

# ansible nodes -m ping -i inventories
    FATAL: Current Ansible version (2.3.1.0) is not supported. Supported versions: 2.3.2.0 or newer

Environment

  • OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 3.7
  • openshift-ansible-playbooks-3.7.42-1
  • ansible-2.3.1.0
