journalctl command terminates abnormally when there is some empty journal file
Issue
When there is some empty journal file, journalctl command terminates abnormally while outputting the following error message:
Error was encountered while opening journal files: Input/output error
where journalctl command outputs no journal log message even if there are still other healthy journal files that remain.
