[Satellite 6.2] foreman-rake katello:upgrade_check fails on Actions::Katello::EventQueue::Monitor task.

Issue

  • foreman-rake katello:upgrade_check does not exclude the monitor eventqueue from the check.
  • While trying to check for upgrade using foreman-rake katello:upgrade_check it fails as below:
This script makes no modifications and can be re-run multiple times for the most up to date results.

Checking for running tasks...
[FAIL] - There are 2 active tasks.
         Please wait for these to complete or cancel them from the Monitor tab.

And there are two system tasks as :

1) ListenOnCandlepin
2) Monitor queue Event
