Kdump fails to start with 'crashkernel=auto' on small RAM systems
Issue
- Kdump service cannot restart with kernel option 'crashkernel=auto' on server with less than 4G memory
- ..kdump service is enabled by default (but failed to start on boot), and there is a kernel option 'crashkernel=auto' on system with less than 4G memory
