Content hosts show red unentitled status from Red Hat Satellite WebUI yet subscribed from command line with no subscription attached.

On the Red Hat Satellite 6 WebUI, we see the content hosts are showing as red/unentitled but when we check the status with Red Hat Subscription Manager they show subscribed.
