Content hosts show red untitled status from webui yet subscribed from command line, as well as green fully entitled with no subscription attached

When going to the Red Hat Satellite 6 webui, we see the content hosts are showing as red/unentitled but when we check the status with Red Hat Subscription Manager they show subscribed.

When going to the Red Hat Satellite 6 webui, we see the content hosts are showing as green/entitled but when we check the status with Red Hat Subscription Manager they show unsubscribed.

This can cause issues with proper subscription reporting and errata management with the Red Hat Satellite 6 webui.
