Some repositories are showing 0 packages for Desktop, Client, and Workstation when 'yum repolist' is run

Issue

Some repositories on Satellite server for Rhel 6Client and Rhel 7 Client are erroring out whenever the client nodes try to access them when you run yum update or yum check-update. The following are the repositories:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Desktop - Extras (RPMs)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Desktop - Fastrack (RPMs)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Desktop - Optional Fastrack (RPMs)

The equivalent Rhel 7Client repos are doing the same thing.

I have refreshed the repo cache on some nodes using the following commands

# yum clean all
# rm -rf /var/cache/yum/*
# yum repolist enabled

From the "Sync Status" page, I can see the repositories in question are syncing successfully, but they're not downloading any new packages. Also, in the "Red Hat Repositories" page, I can see that they're enabled.
