Update Cloudforms so it doesn't break upon minor update

Issue

  • Cloudforms will break upon minor update if a regular yum update is executed and the evmserverd process will not start.

Environment

  • Cloudforms 4.2 and above (CFME 5.7.x >= 5.9.0)
