Specifying "--all" and a node name when running pcs cluster standby causes all nodes to go into standby

Issue

When trying to standby a node with pcs cluster standby <node> if you also specify --all, pacemaker will put all the nodes into standby.

  • pcs-0.9.143-15.el7.x86_64
  • pacemaker
