Resource Limits/Requests set in deployment configs are not correctly set for deployed pods

Issue

• When defining resource limits in deploymentConfigs the resulting resource limits set for pods are not as expected. E.g. deployment config memory resource limits > request: 1000M/limit: 1000M results in request: 800M/limit: 1000M for the deployed pod.
• I expect to see my pod having the same resource limits as defined in the deployment config.
