Failed to mount Azure Disk with "special device /var/lib/origin/openshift.local.volumes/plugins/kubernetes.io/azure-disk/mounts/xnnnn does not exist" in OpenShift 3
Issue
When using Azure Disk for Persistent Volume, a pod failed to start due to device mount failure.
Environment
- OpenShift Container Platform 3
- Microsoft Azure
- Azure Disk both managed disk and unmanaged disk
