On RHN, why is boost-devel not in Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop (v. 5 for 64-bit x86_64) channel?

- The package list for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop (v. 5 for 64-bit x86_64) does not display any version of boost-devel.
