Enrolling a client to a Red Hat Identity Management domain fails with: SSLError: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed
Issue
- During a IdM client enrollement, the ipa-client-install command fails to verify the SSL certificate as provided by the IdM server
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.4
- ipa-server-4.5.0-20.el7
- The IPA CA certificate has been signed by an external CA
