Issue

  • After changing datadir , rh-mysql57-mysql-server is not starting
  • MySQL is not starting when a custom directory is configured for the MySQL database

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7
  • SELinux in enforcing mode
  • MySQL server
