It takes more than 30 seconds to switch users including ssh connection.

Issue

  • After switching users through "su", it will take 40-50 seconds for the prompt to appear.
[test@localhost ~]$ su -
Password: 
Last login: Wed Mar xx xx:xx:xx CST 2018 on pts/0
[root@localhost ~]#                <--- prompt appears after 40-50s from above message showing

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7
  • abrt-console-notification package
