Deleting swift and start over

Issue

• Gnocchi is filling swift with metrics and measures when not correctly configured.
• Deleting gnocchi metrics and measures with swift delete can take quite some time, and it can be worse if we wait for the objects to expire.
• This process was tested in a lab environment, this has never been used in production yet.
• The recommended way of deleting gnocchi metrics is described in this article.
