How to set server parameter -XX:MetaspaceSize -XX:MaxMetaspaceSize through Admin console or CLI?

- Need to set -XX:MetaspaceSize -XX:MaxMetaspaceSize this for server jvm in a server-group. How do i do through Admin console or CLI.
