RHV: why 'ascii' codec error occurs continually in Administration Portal?
Issue
- GetStorageDeviceListVDS fails
- The following error messages appear continually in the Administration Portal:
VDSM command GetStorageDeviceListVDS failed: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xec in position 89: ordinal not in range(128)
