Issue

• New OSE v3.3 Install Appending Tags to All Images
• The default router isn't loading because its looking for an image that doesn't exist.
• OSE is appending some random string +e236015 to the end of the image tag.

• Doesn't seem to matter what I put as the image steam, it continues to spit out the same error.
