SSL handshake failure in Satellite Server - Red Hat Customer Portal

Issue

When I try to sync my channels, or simply check my connection to rhn.redhat.com using 'rhn_check' from any of the Satellite servers, I got his message:

[('SSL routines', 'SSL23_WRITE', 'ssl handshake failure')]

I would like to know if this is a Satellite issue or could be something else externally affecting the network communication with RHN.
If I try a rhn_check, first time fails; second one works fine.
In the testing server I'm sync'ing RH channels and it start to work fine, but after some time, the sync crashes with the same error message.
