Dashboard does not rearrange widgets after editing widget defaults

Issue

  • When going to Cloud Intel--> Reports--> Dashboard, Widget order is edited.
  • When going to Cloud Intel--> Dashboard, this does not show the updated configuration that was just done.

Environment

  • CloudForms 4.6 (CFME 5.9)
