Field extraction and alert setup in Openshift logging

Issue

• If there is a need to do the field extraction and alert setup using Openshift logging project (Elasticsearch, Fluentd, Kibana), it is currently not possible.
• When logged in to kibana, there is no option to create field extraction or create alert/streams even with cluster-admin user.
• Is there a way the above options are available as part of logging project in Openshift?
• We have several requests to send alerts in OpenShift based on logs.
