OpenShift builds fail to push image after removing default cluster roles

Issue

• OpenShift builds fail with image push authorization errors reported in the application build log:

  $ oc logs myapp-30-build
  ...
  error: build error: Failed to push image: unauthorized: authentication required
  

• Developers are not able to build or push new images
