clvmd fails to stop due to attempt to deactivate non-existent volume groups

Issue

• clvmd fails to stop after attempt to deactivate non-existent volume groups
• service clvmd status output contains Ignoring supplied major 252 number - kernel assigns major numbers dynamically.
