Health checks do not connect on tcp socket for Openshift Online v3
Issue
After build application hold on more than 5 minutes throwing Readiness Health Check failed errors
Readiness probe failed: Get http://10.10.10.10:8080/api/ready: dial tcp 10.10.10.10:8080: getsockopt: connection refused
But when doing curl to the "/api/ready" after status Created container gets a healthy response.
