Configure memcached to only listen to localhost on Red Hat OpenStack Platform Director

Issue

  • By default the memcached service binds to 0.0.0.0:11211 on tcp and udp on Red Hat OpenStack Platform Director.
  • Services within the Director are only configured to talk to memcached via tcp 127.0.0.1:11211.
