RMI remote classloading service issue on JBoss EAP

Issue

• I have a jboss 4.x running a webapp that needs to call a remote EJB running in 5.0.1. When the call proceeds, I get the following exception :

    Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.jboss.proxy.ejb.SecurityContextInterceptor (no security manager: RMI class loader disabled).

What should I do to make it work ?

• We have two servers, and on server1 we would like to invoke an SLSB EJB 2.1 on server2. The EJB on server1 does not contain the server2 EJB's public API.  It only knows the jndi of the service it wants, and the provider url of the server where it runs. so it does a lookup, and everything else is done through reflection.
  In such a case, I would expect the RMI classloading service to be able to serve the class through the RMI Classloader. However, on server1 we get a ClassNotFoundException, with the message "no security manager: RMI class loader disabled":
