Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • Performance of an application is good when running on my local machine, but the performance becomes unacceptable when mounted into a container in OpenShift
  • OCP containers experience extremely bad i/o read write speeds from our NFS or CIFS shares
  • Please me what settings could be adjusted to improve NFS performance for the cluster.

Environment

  • Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
    • 3.5+
