Suddenly Auto Created Queue Does Not Store Any Message

Issue

It does not always occur, but sometimes an auto created queue suddenly stops queuing a received message.
DEBUG level log is logged as follows.

16:37:19,200 DEBUG [org.apache.activemq.artemis.core.postoffice.impl.PostOfficeImpl] Message CoreMessage[messageID=55834582071,durable=true,userID=14fa451a-fa90-11e7-89df-dca9049a8ba6,priority=4, timestamp=Tue Jan 16 16:37:19 JST 2018,expiration=0, durable=true, address=OpoQueues.demo,properties=TypedProperties[__AMQ_CID=01327d56-fa90-11e7-89df-dca9049a8ba6,_AMQ_ROUTING_TYPE=1]]@1805258036 is not going anywhere as it didn't have a binding on address:Queues.demo
