Native FTP relay in squid doesn't use active mode between squid and FTP server.
Issue
- Native FTP relay is available from squid-3.5. squid-3.5 or later can handle active mode or passive mode between FTP client and squid. But this native FTP relay in squid always use passive mode between squid and FTP server.
