Can not connect on RHEL via ssh from PuTTy client. RHEL requires some special configuration on PuTTy?

Issue

When trying to connect to a Red Hat Enterprise Linux server using ssh from a PuTTy terminal, the following error message appears:

server sent disconnect message type 2 (ssh_disconnect_protocol_error)

Is it requires some special configuration on PuTTy to solve this error?
