JBoss ON storage nodes recording "Cannot handshake version with /x.x.x.x"
Issue
- observing millions of tcp resets each hour from one jon server to another
- rhq-storage.log includes large number of "Cannot handshake version with /x.x.x.x" messages with other nodes' IP addresses
