Virt-who hosts are listed while using `not has last_report` filter on All Hosts tab on Satellite 6 WebUI

Issue

While searching for hosts using "not has last_report" filter on All Hosts tab, virt-who hosts are displayed. Which should not come as we never run puppet on virt-who hosts.
