In fabric environment after restart of container, CXF application's wsdl is changed to implementation class.

Issue

• not able to create the WSDL properly , operation is missing from WSDL
  org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Message part {http://soap.service.sample.company.com/}QueryID was not recognized. (Does it exist in service WSDL?)
• after deploying the profile, first time, it working fine. But after restarting, we faced this. Also, the same code is working in environment where Fuse 6.1.0 is installed.
