Tried to delete a Cinder volume in OpenStack using the cinder command and it failed as follows:

# cinder delete f55e0efa-5556-4d89-9f5f-61c9607596c4
ERROR: Invalid volume: Volume status must be available or error (HTTP 400) (Request-ID: req-0a3728dd-958b-4953-adc6-a2d68352adf5)
