How to forbid two resources to start simultaneously on one server?
Issue
Is it possible to configure two resources in a cluster so that when a cluster node fails where one of the resources resides, if this resource has to move to a node where the other resides, the second resurce dies to guarantee it is never on the same node of the cluster?
