Why can't rabbitmq start despite the rabbitmq-bundle container being up and running?
Issue
- rabbitmq not starting after a reboot
- rabbitmq-bundle container up and running
- epmd process not running
Environment
Red Hat OpenStack Platform 12 deployed using pre-provisioned nodes (potentially affects previous versions as well)
