Advanced Installer required AWS Access Key for S3 during setting up a docker storage

Issue

Would like to use IAM Role for accessing S3 instead of openshift_hosted_registry_storage_s3_accesskey and openshift_hosted_registry_storage_s3_secretkey, but installer failed when not specifying them.
