Red Hat Storage Console or RHEV Manager Jboss Errors - NullPointerException: org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.Backend.checkDBConnectivity(Backend.java:124)

Issue

• I've just installed the RHSC following the install guide, and the console is completely non-functional.
• The webadmin url contents is a large stack of Jboss errors.
• I've gone through the full install process twice over now, reimaging the host between installs. Both installs have failed to produce a functional RHSC instance.
• Unable to log into RHEV Manager
• Unable to log into RHEV-M, and all VMs appear to be down
