Use a remote clustered registy for an ESB instance

Issue

We want a cluster of ESB instances, say B and C to host some common services. Another ESB instance, A, should be able look up those from the cluster. We don't mind handling failover and load balancing ourselves, using a load balancer.

We know we can achieve this using a shared registry database for nodes B and C, but we want to avoid that single point of failure.
