`named` service cannot restart or stop at first attempt

Issue

  • named service cannot restart or stop at first attempt
  • We can see following output when we try to stop or restart named service.

    named : .umount: /var/named/chroot/var/named: device is busy.
    (In some cases useful info about processes that use
     the device is found by lsof(8) or fuser(1))
                                                   [  OK  ]
    

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4
  • named with chroot environment
  • sandbox service is enabled
  • Package policycoreutils-sandbox is installed
