Openstack - Second Interface i.e eth1 is not coming up during the instance spin
Issue
- During the instance spin DHCP is enabled and
eht0is coming up buteth1is not coming up , during the check noticed there is a e free ip's on the subnet but still it is not coming up, also tried using static IP but even then it is not coming up.

- Red Hat OpenStack Platform Version 10.0
