RHV: VM migration is stuck at 99%, never completes.

Issue

  • VM migration never completes.
  • In the RHV web UI, the migration shows 99% completion. The VM is unresponsive.
  • The problem is reproducible, It occurs every time for specific VMs.

Environment

  • Red Hat Virtualization 4.1
    • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4 Host
      • qemu-kvm-rhev-2.9.0-16.el7_4.5.x86_64
