When are invoices generated?

Issue

I have:

  1. created a new application plan
  2. added a pricing rule
  3. configures my payment gateway in "Finance Settings"
  4. created a new paid application plan
  5. Requested 10 hits to get some traffic.

I would now expect to see some invoices in "Billing" section.

  • When are invoices created and visible in the portal 'Billing' section?
