My server is setup with a password key for root partition in crypttab, but it's still prompting me for a password at boot.
Issue
- I've encrypted my root partition with luks and set a password key in
/etc/crypttab, but my server is still prompting me to manually enter the password at boot.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
